No matter where we go, we bring ourselves

Welcome

Are you curious to know how to identify the moments you lost yourself to the same old off position? What happened to trigger you into that unpleasant state? Ready to learn tools to restore the on position?

Would you like to experience more satisfaction in relationships, work environments and other settings?

And less suffering—repetitive loops that don’t make progress towards shared goals?

So that you feel you are on a path towards being and expressing who you are while contributing to others the same opportunity?

Ready to work with others who are curious, eager, and committed to do the same?

My Approach

We work moment to moment together, emphasizing the embodiment of primary emotions—the basis of our intelligence. We learn frames, protocols, and processes to help us experiment, hypothesize, and discover what works and what doesn’t.

Current Groups

The primary goal of my groups is to explore and discover parts of ourselves that we do not yet know about. We balance the pursuit of satisfaction for ourselves while contributing to the group. We want to create a group that we want to be a part of.

Hi, I’m Bonnie

Over the years, I discovered a practice: Survive. Do no harm. Seek and take steps towards what awakens and satisfies. Particularly in relationship—be it partner, family, therapy, school, work, community.

Wherever we go, we bring ourselves. Wherever we are, we have ourselves. We don’t do it alone.
